Services include an evaluation of the person and presenting problem and a plan of
treatment based on the patient’s needs. It is important to all our staff to listen to the concerns of our patients.
As our understanding of the brain and body increases, medications for treatment have become more complicated.
When patients are taking medications from other physicians, prescribing practices need to be careful. Dr. Silva
is a Board Certified and Licensed Psychiatrist. His longevity in the medical community means he is familiar with
other area physicians and he is willing to communicate patient needs with his fellow physicians.
